Delivery

 Products will be dispatched within 1-5 working days once an order is placed. 

 International postage costs are calculated separately and are based on the size and weight of the parcels. If you live outside of the UK and would like to purchase from my website, please contact me directly to organise postage.

Returns

Please ensure you check the products over as soon as you receive them.

 In the event that something arrives damaged please make contact within 5 days of receipt by emailing info@brackenandhearth.co.uk with the subject line ‘Return’

Please include pictures and details of the damaged items so I can do my best to resolve the issue.

 Refunds cannot be issued if the product is returned to me after 14 days of receipt of your order.

Full refunds and/or replacement will be issued on inspection of the returned product.
